Think you got it bad?

Mary-Jo Fetterly was injured in a skiing accident and is now a quadriplegic. However, she has returned to teaching yoga and is one very inspiring woman.

I heard her interviewed on CBC Radio's Sounds Like Canada some time ago. I was interrupted while she was describing how her yoga breathing kept her alive in the moments immediately following the accident, so will go here to find the link to the interview and listen to it again.
