god no, that fish tree is not in my house!
my friend’s husband, a hobby taxidermist, made it
he fishes a lot
this tree stood behind our heads when we slept at their place on our way to bc this summer
it is so ugly (i find dead fish ugly, i really do -- i don’t ‘get’ why anyone wants them on a wall) that i couldn’t resist taking a picture

but it fits in with that wet theme for today
doesn’t it?
