Loverboy turned off the radio so I could sleep in this morning, and I may well have needed the extra hour-and-a-half because last night I fell asleep on my back while listening to a radio program I was interested in. That’s telling you something.

You know how we sometimes sabotage our own happiness because deep down we don’t believe we deserve it? I hope I am not doing that.
