No time to update, other than to say the drive through the Rockies in inclement weather on Christmas Eve was a whiteknuckle affair, but we survived (though sadly others didn't) and got back home safely.

Karen, here are some of the pictures I got of Joan's new house. The one above is the view of the lake from the front doorstep.
