I sat down in the big green chair and picked up the Anne Lamott book that Stacia sent me, sweetheart that she is, and spent a few minutes reading about how fictional and non-fictional characters turn out to be much more and much less than Lamott believed they were when she started writing them.

Ain’t that a reflection of real people, I’m thinking.
