What's My Story?

I live on a farm in Saskatchewan, Canada, with my sweetheart and two sons born in 1988 and 1992.

In 2007 we bought Golden Grain Farm and started repairing and renovating the house. I transplanted my perennials in spring 2008 and in June 2009 began staying at the house alone. Now we're moved in. There is still plenty to do, but isn't that the case even in a brand new house? A home is always a work in progress.

Since I was 12 I've kept a diary or journal, more on than off. And written letters. Then the internet came along and now my friends and family read my online journal instead.

I work from home as an editor for an online pubication. It's interesting, flexible and makes good use of my natural reddin' an' writin' skilz.

Pseudonyms were often used in the beginning. Sorry if it causes confusion.
